LOMA Application Process
LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) is a letter that determines where your property is in the (NFIP) National Flood Insurance Program map. In order to determine if you are except from paying flood insurance, the engineer will use the elevation certificate to determine and help you start your process for LOMA.
